Includes starting point handover, full supervision for the duration, documentation of visit and handovers back to residential parents/guardian.

Two separate 45-minute intake interviews conducted by phone.

Visit occurs via secure virtual meeting software. TFCA Supervisor attends, facilitates and documents the visit.
9am - 7:30pm
1, 2 or 3 hour sessions.
One hour minimum booking applies, even if only half an hour is utilised. If two hours are booked and only 1.15hrs is used, the full two hours is payable. Booked session is to occur on the day, there is no splitting of time over different days.

Virtual Visit Court Ready Report Fees:

This documented risk assessment is for visits taking place at home of the supervised parent or family member and it is conducted prior to the service being provided as a comprehensive one-off risk assessment and report.
A hazard & risk report is provided.
Fees: M-F: $225 | Sat: $255, weekend availability dependent.

Additional Per Visit Safety Checks are available for home based visits upon request in advance. A safety check of the residential premises on arrival at each home visit to ensure only authorised people are present.
An additional 15 -20 mins is required for the Supervisor to perform this check internally and externally, immediately prior to the visit commencing. Additional fees apply.
